Designer: Poke Crochet
Meet Trubbish, the famous Pokémon in amigurumi form! He has a round green body with knotted “bag” ears, big googly felt eyes, tiny white teeth, an embroidered zigzag tear, and two beige arms dotted with colorful spots. He’s quirky, lovable, and a total conversation starter.
He’s made using worsted weight yarn in green and beige, a suitable crochet hook, white and black felt for the eyes and teeth, pink and blue thread for the spots, fiberfill, tapestry needle, and stitch markers.
The stitches used in this tutorial are simple and easy, like single crochet stitches, plus some crochet techniques like increasing, decreasing, and simple embroidery.
The pattern starts with the body, then the arms, ears, and little legs, and at the end the shoulders and the mouth. After that, you just need to put everything together, make the eyes and teeth with felt, and add a little embroidery for the zigzag stitch on the face and the trash scraps on the arms.
Let’s get started!
