This beautiful crochet jellyfish pattern is a simple, fun project that comes together quickly with just a few basic stitches like single crochet stitches, bobble stitches, and half double crochet stitches.

This crochet jellyfish is worked in a spiral from the top down, and crocheting some bobble stitches at the end round, then make tentacles separately, then sew them to the inside of the body.

Materials used are bulky velvet chenille yarn, a 4 mm crochet hook, a tapestry needle, and scissors.

You can add a hanging loop or a keychain loop to the jellyfish for different uses. Also, you can use it in coastal decor arrangements, pair it with other sea creatures for an amigurumi collection.

This crochet jellyfish pattern is a great beginner amigurumi project. It’s made in one piece, so there is no sewing, and it’s made of super bulky-weight yarn, which makes it work very quickly.

The stitches needed to finish this tutorial are single crochet stitches, half-double crochet stitches, and double crochet stitches, as well as some crochet techniques like increasing, decreasing, and working in front loops only and back loops only.

You can customize this pattern by using different colors or adding a bow or a flower to the head to give it a cute look. Also, you can use different yarn weights with a suitable hook to make different sizes.

This jellyfish is perfect for cuddling, hanging, or gifting. it also adds a handmade touch to any space, and it’s great for baby showers or kids’ rooms.
