<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Let’s try to make an amigurumi-style design inspired by the masked guards from the popular <a href="https://yarngems.com/category/squid-game-patterns/">series squid game</a>, it can be customized with a white triangle, circle, or square symbols using embroidery yarn and needle.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The soldier wears a jumpsuit with a hoodie that covers his entire body, he also wears black boots and gloves, all these parts are included in the written instructions.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">All you need to make this soldier is to know how to crochet single crochet stitch, double crochet stitch, half double crochet stitch, how to work in a back loop only, increase, and decrease.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This pattern makes a great collectible or gift for fans of the show.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Designer:</strong> <a href="https://www.instagram.com/fayni_toys.eng/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Fayni Toys</a></p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Materials &amp; Tools</h2>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Plush yarn 100g/120m (Himalaya Dolphin Baby)</li>

<li>Color: pink, black</li>

<li>4 mm crochet hook</li>

<li>Stitch marker</li>

<li>Long needle for sewing and embroidery</li>

<li>Cotton yarn matching the shade of the pink plush yarn</li>

<li>Scissors</li>

<li>Fiberfill</li>

<li>White cotton yarn for embroidery</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Abbreviations</h2>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Body</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Start crocheting with pink yarn.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Do not cut the pink yarn.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rnd 4:</strong> BLO 9 sc, <strong>4-tr cluster</strong>, 4 sc, <strong>4-tr cluster</strong>, 9 sc (24)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cut off the black yarn.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-medium"><img decoding="async" width="600" height="154" src="https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-600x154.webp" alt="Pink Soldier feets" class="wp-image-1948" srcset="https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-600x154.webp 600w, https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-1080x277.webp 1080w, https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-768x197.webp 768w, https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-1170x301.webp 1170w, https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets-585x150.webp 585w, https://yarngems.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Pink-Soldier-feets.webp 1242w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rnd 5:</strong> 24 sc (24)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Change the yarn color to black. Do not cut the pink yarn.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rnd 6:</strong> BLO 24 sl st (24)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Change the yarn color to pink.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rnd 7:</strong> BLO (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In the next round you will crochet arms (4-tr clusters) with black yarn, the stitches will be highlighted with black bold text. Indicate the number of stitches that i got. However, it is possible for stitches to shift differently while crocheting.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Therefore, you should focus on the symmetrical position of hte arms in relation to the feet; you may need to crochet more or fewer sc before crocheting the first arm.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rnd 8:</strong> 5 sc, <strong>4-tr cluster</strong>, 6 sc, <strong>4-tr cluster</strong>, 5 sc (18)</p>

</div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Stuff the body and sew on the head. Use a plastic needle and cotton yarn that matches the color of the body.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Using black yarn embroider a vertical lone on the body (imitation of a zipper).</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Embroider the required shape (circle, triangle or square) on the face with white cotton yarn.</p>
