Designer: Happy Lil’Bina

Make your books a little cuter with this adorable cat bookmark pattern! The cat’s head peeks out from the top of the book while the tail hangs down from the bottom. You don’t have to make it black or white either, choose any color you like. Although, why choose just one when you can make several?

All you need is some cotton yarn in your favorite color, a 3.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, and a tapestry needle. Very few materials, but a lot of charm.

This bookmark is made using simple stitches like single crochet, dc, and hdc. You will crochet a few rows to shape the head and ears, then continue with the long tail. It’s beginner friendly and can easily be finished in one cozy evening.

A cat bookmark makes a perfect gift for book lovers and cat lovers alike. You can also make colorful ones for children. Once you start making them, you may end up with a whole stack of cat bookmarks before you know it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Designer: Moonbug Crochet

What do we have today? Today it’s a basket of cute cat-shaped nuggets together with french fries, all served in a lovely basket with ketchup. It’s amazing what kind of crochet patterns people can come up with. This is the project nobody knew they needed and now can’t live without.

Acrylic yarn in two colors, a 3.25 mm crochet hook, stuffing, small 4 mm safety eyes, pink yarn scraps, and an embroidery needle are all you need to make these kitten nuggets.

This pattern is beginner-friendly, we will not use any difficult stitches, only simple single crochet and a few others. First, we crochet the nugget ears, then the body, after that the tail and small details. The fries are made separately, but they are also very simple.

These kitten nuggets can be gifted as a whole basket to a friend who loves cats, used as decor, or simply for emotional support. It will be hard to stop making them.

A tiny crochet cat shaped like a cozy loaf, featuring a simple, rounded form and soft, minimal details for a cozy and adorable finish.

Stitches used in the pattern are very simple and basic, like single crochet stitches, half double crochet stitches, and some crochet techniques like increase and decrease.

This tutorial worked in one piece in a continuous spiral; the ears and tail are crocheted at the end and attached to the body.

You can place them on desks or shelves, give them to cat lovers or fans of cozy handmade items, or add them to a collection of small amigurumi pieces.
