There is so much creativity with this colorful bee! It’s a simple and sweet amigurumi project featuring a round body, tiny wings, and cheerful stripes.
Materials needed for this pattern are milk cotton 4ply yarn with yellow, aqua blue, dark brown, soft pink, white, and green shades, 2.2mm crochet hook, 3 mm safety eyes, stitch marker, fiber fill, and coated craft wire.
The difficulty of this pattern is beginner-intermediate level, which makes it great as a keychain, toy, cute gift, and also adding a heart to the bee, giving it a lovely look.

Cut yarn and leave a long tail for sewing. Rep the same process to the second leg.
Assembly
- Pupil: embroider both eyes with white yarn.
- Eyebrow: embroider both eyebrows with dark brown yarn.
- Mouth: embroider small “U” shape between the eyes.
- Wings: place wings at the back of the bee with pin needles, sew to secure.
- Antennae: insert coated cratt wire (approx. 5 cm) into the antennae. Using dark brown yarn, wrap the coated wire (approx. 1 cm) with the dark brown yarn, then secure it fabric glue. Rep to the second antennae and place both on top of the head, glue to secure.
- Heart: sew the heart to the body.
- Arms: sew the arms holding the heart.
- Legs: sew the legs to below front of the body.
